Yes. We allow parking at our location for your trip. $25 per car.
All passengers should use the provided seatbelts. The total number of seatbelts will vary according to the vehicle and according to the floor plan of the actual vehicle you are using.
Child safety seats should be used where applicable. The installation and use of these seats should follow the recommendation of the child seat manufacturer.
Overhead areas designed only for sleeping should not be occupied while the vehicle is in motion.
Trailers should not be occupied while in motion,
Yes, We do allow you to bring your own insurance rather then using ours. Insurance is required at booking. once we receive proof of coverage from your insurance provider We can remove the insurance cost form your reservation. Not all providers will offer coverage for your trip. Give you provider a call and ask.
Of Course you can. We love furry co pilots. We do however ask that pest not be left unattended in the RV. Especially in warm weather.
If cancelled more than 5 days prior to the start date of the trip:
100% of the booking total, including tax
Anything paid toward the protection package, including tax
If cancelled less than 5 days prior to the start date of the trip:
75% of the booking total, including tax
Anything paid toward the protection package, including tax
If Cancelled on or after the start date of the trip:
Nightly rental amount and prep fee not refunded.
Any un used Protection package and Roadside assistance is refunded.
Towing is allowed in select units with prior approval.
Towed trailers or cars must have a braking system.
Weight limit of combined trailer/car/atv must be no more then 3500 lbs.
Yes. We offer delivery and pick up on most of our unit to any location with in 100 miles of our location.
Yes, if you would like to view a RV before booking please contact us to scheduale a time.
Yes. we allow all festivals and car races.
Extra Festival fee is required for Burning Man.
Burning man is only allowed in select units.
Yes. After booking you can go to your reservation and click invite driver to sent a email invite. All drivers must use a different email addess.
Yes. We offer airport pick up for both major and most minor airports in the area.
Pick up times are scheduled between 9am-5pm.
If you are running late we need to be informed at least 30 min prior to scheduled pick up time.
This way we won't be waiting around for you to show up, and you wont be waiting around for us to show up.
Drop off time are between 9am-5pm.
We ask for a 30 min notice when dropping off the RV so we can make sure to meet you there and you don't have to wait around for us and we can meet you at drop-off location to open the gate.
We charge a late fee equivalate to another night a 6 pm. No drop off after 6pm.
RV must not be dropped off and left outside the gate.
$500 fee plus any incurred towing fees for any RV left outside the gate.
**Summer pick up times. Between May 1st-Augest 31st . No pick ups between 11am-4pm**
